Principal – Certified Photogrammetrist

Lindsey Galyen founded G-Squared in 1999. He is an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist and a Licensed Land Surveyor Photogrammetrist in Virginia. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Arkansas and has over 30 years of experience in photogrammetry. As Chief Photogrammetrist, his professional responsibilities include project design, contract requirements, accuracy requirements, quality assurance, and contract compliance.

During his 30-year career, Mr. Galyen has held technical and managerial positions covering virtually every aspect of this profession, the vast majority of which have been as Chief Photogrammetrist, project manager, or primary technical point of contact. His professional experience began at the University of Arkansas and has since encompassed both international and domestic projects related to the geotechnical sciences. His versatility is exhibited by successful application of the geospatial technologies to achieve the desired results. Mr. Galyen coordinates photogrammetric services with multiple stakeholders to develop a complete and integrated list of requirements of the multiple entities that use the processed data, including FEMA and USGS.
